GANGA COMPUTERISED ORGANIZATION (GCO)

(Applicable Across India)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ganga Computerised Organization (GCO).

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all educational, digital, training, technical, institutional, identification, career support, scholarship and other services provided by GCO.

By accessing the GCO website, submitting an application, registering as a student, member, trainee, Business Development Partner (BDP), institution or using any GCO service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms shall apply to all online and offline services operated by GCO across India.

(परिचय)

गंगा कम्प्यूटरीज़्ड ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (GCO) में आपका स्वागत है। ये नियम एवं शर्तें (Terms & Conditions) GCO द्वारा संचालित सभी शैक्षिक, डिजिटल, प्रशिक्षण, तकनीकी, संस्थागत, पहचान-पत्र, करियर सहायता, छात्रवृत्ति एवं अन्य सेवाओं पर लागू होंगी। GCO की वेबसाइट का उपयोग करने, ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने, छात्र, सदस्य, प्रशिक्षु, Business Development Partner (BDP), संस्था अथवा किसी भी सेवा का उपयोग करने पर यह माना जाएगा कि आपने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है तथा इन्हें स्वीकार किया है। ये नियम GCO द्वारा भारत में संचालित सभी ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन सेवाओं पर लागू होंगे।

2. About GCO

GCO is a registered organization established in the year 2007 with the objective of promoting education, computer literacy, skill development, digital learning, technical education, institutional support and social development activities in accordance with its Memorandum and applicable laws. GCO may introduce new educational, technical, digital or social programs from time to time.

GCO वर्ष 2007 से पंजीकृत संस्था है, जिसका उद्देश्य अपने Memorandum एवं लागू कानूनों के अनुसार शिक्षा, कंप्यूटर शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, डिजिटल शिक्षा, तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण, संस्थागत सहयोग एवं सामाजिक विकास से संबंधित कार्य करना है। GCO समय-समय पर नई शैक्षिक, तकनीकी, डिजिटल एवं सामाजिक योजनाएँ प्रारम्भ कर सकता है।

The list of services may be modified, expanded or discontinued as per organizational requirements.

GCO समय-समय पर निम्नलिखित सेवाएँ प्रदान कर सकता है—

आवश्यकता अनुसार GCO नई सेवाएँ जोड़ सकता है, संशोधित कर सकता है अथवा बंद कर सकता है।

4. Eligibility

Admission or registration in any GCO program shall be subject to eligibility criteria prescribed for that particular course, scheme, service or program.

GCO reserves the right to verify all information and documents submitted by applicants.

(पात्रता)

GCO के किसी भी कोर्स, योजना अथवा सेवा में प्रवेश संबंधित पात्रता (Eligibility) के अनुसार ही प्रदान किया जाएगा। आवेदक द्वारा प्रस्तुत सभी दस्तावेज़ एवं जानकारी का सत्यापन करने का अधिकार GCO को होगा।

5. Admission Process

Admission may include:

1. Online Application Form
2. Admission Test (where applicable)
3. Document Verification
4. Payment Verification
5. Student Confirmation

Admission shall become valid only after successful verification by GCO.

(प्रवेश प्रक्रिया)

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में निम्न शामिल हो सकते हैं—

1. ऑनलाइन आवेदन
2. प्रवेश परीक्षा (जहाँ लागू हो)
3. दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन
4. भुगतान सत्यापन
5. प्रवेश पुष्टि

GCO द्वारा सत्यापन पूर्ण होने के बाद ही प्रवेश मान्य माना जाएगा।

6. Student ID & Digital Account

After successful admission, GCO may provide:

1. Student ID
2. User ID
3. Password
4. Digital Learning Access

The student shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

सफल प्रवेश के बाद GCO आवश्यकतानुसार—

1. Student ID

उपलब्ध करा सकता है। विद्यार्थी अपने लॉगिन विवरण की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा। अपनी User ID या Password किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ साझा करना प्रतिबंधित है।

7. One Year Scheme & Educational Benefits

Students enrolled under the GCO One Year Scheme may become eligible for educational benefits including computer support, scholarship, training, career guidance or other benefits as prescribed under the respective scheme. Such benefits are subject to eligibility, verification, availability and the applicable Scheme Rules.

(एक वर्षीय योजना)

GCO की एक वर्षीय योजना में प्रवेश लेने वाले विद्यार्थी योजना के अनुसार कंप्यूटर सहायता, छात्रवृत्ति, प्रशिक्षण, करियर मार्गदर्शन अथवा अन्य शैक्षणिक लाभ प्राप्त करने के पात्र हो सकते हैं। सभी लाभ पात्रता, सत्यापन, उपलब्धता एवं संबंधित योजना के नियमों के अनुसार ही प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

8. Online & Offline Learning

GCO may provide learning through online classes, offline classes, practical training, assignments, recorded sessions and digital study material. The mode of learning shall depend upon the selected course and organizational arrangements.

(ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन अध्ययन)

GCO ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं, ऑफलाइन प्रशिक्षण, प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण, असाइनमेंट, रिकॉर्डेड लेक्चर एवं डिजिटल अध्ययन सामग्री के माध्यम से शिक्षा प्रदान कर सकता है। शिक्षण का माध्यम संबंधित कोर्स एवं GCO की व्यवस्था के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा।

9. Fees, Payments & Reservation

All admissions shall be subject to the prescribed admission fee and applicable scheme/course fee.

For eligible schemes, GCO may allow provisional seat reservation upon payment of the notified booking amount. The remaining fee must be paid within the prescribed time limit communicated by GCO. Failure to complete the payment within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of admission or scheme benefits without further notice. All payments shall be made only through officially approved payment methods. Students are advised to keep all payment receipts for future reference. Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes shall be governed by the separate GCO Refund & Cancellation Policy.

(शुल्क, भुगतान एवं सीट आरक्षण)

सभी प्रवेश निर्धारित प्रवेश शुल्क एवं संबंधित योजना/कोर्स शुल्क के अनुसार होंगे। जहाँ लागू हो, GCO निर्धारित बुकिंग राशि प्राप्त होने पर अस्थायी रूप से सीट सुरक्षित कर सकता है। शेष शुल्क GCO द्वारा निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा। निर्धारित समय में पूर्ण भुगतान न होने पर प्रवेश अथवा योजना के लाभ बिना पूर्व सूचना के निरस्त किए जा सकते हैं। सभी भुगतान केवल GCO द्वारा स्वीकृत माध्यमों से ही किए जाएँगे। विद्यार्थी भविष्य के लिए भुगतान रसीद सुरक्षित रखें। रिफंड, शुल्क वापसी एवं भुगतान संबंधी विवादों पर GCO Refund & Cancellation Policy लागू होगी।

10. Scholarships & Educational Benefits

Scholarships, incentives, computers, educational assistance, training benefits or any other scheme benefits shall be provided only in accordance with the respective Scheme Rules. Receiving admission does not automatically guarantee scholarship or any other benefit. Benefits shall be released only after successful verification of eligibility, performance, documentation and compliance with applicable rules. GCO reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any scheme in accordance with organizational requirements or applicable law.

(छात्रवृत्ति एवं शैक्षणिक लाभ)

छात्रवृत्ति, प्रोत्साहन राशि, कंप्यूटर, शैक्षणिक सहायता, प्रशिक्षण लाभ अथवा अन्य योजनागत लाभ संबंधित योजना के नियमों के अनुसार ही प्रदान किए जाएंगे। केवल प्रवेश लेने से किसी भी छात्रवृत्ति अथवा लाभ का स्वतः अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होगा। सभी लाभ पात्रता, प्रदर्शन, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन एवं नियमों के पालन के उपरांत ही दिए जाएंगे। GCO आवश्यकतानुसार किसी भी योजना में संशोधन, स्थगन अथवा समाप्ति का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

11. Business Development Partner (BDP) Program

Participation in the GCO Business Development Partner (BDP) Program is voluntary. Any training allowance, performance incentive, recognition, designation or other benefits shall be governed by the official BDP Policy. The BDP Program is an educational and performance-based development program. It shall not be interpreted as guaranteed employment or permanent appointment unless separately agreed in writing.

(बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट पार्टनर कार्यक्रम)

GCO Business Development Partner (BDP) कार्यक्रम में भाग लेना पूर्णतः स्वैच्छिक है। प्रशिक्षण सहायता, प्रदर्शन प्रोत्साहन, पदनाम अथवा अन्य लाभ केवल आधिकारिक BDP Policy के अनुसार प्रदान किए जाएंगे।

BDP कार्यक्रम एक प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रदर्शन आधारित विकास कार्यक्रम है। इसे स्थायी नौकरी या नियुक्ति नहीं माना जाएगा, जब तक GCO द्वारा लिखित रूप से अलग से सहमति न दी जाए।

12. Certificates & Verification

Certificates shall be issued only after successful completion of the prescribed course, required assessments, fee clearance and compliance with GCO rules. GCO reserves the right to withhold, suspend or cancel certificates where false information, misconduct or rule violations are detected.

(प्रमाणपत्र एवं सत्यापन)

प्रमाणपत्र केवल निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण करने, आवश्यक मूल्यांकन, शुल्क भुगतान एवं GCO के नियमों का पालन करने के बाद ही जारी किए जाएंगे। यदि गलत जानकारी, अनुचित आचरण अथवा नियमों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो GCO प्रमाणपत्र रोकने, निलंबित करने अथवा निरस्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

13. Code of Conduct

Every student, member, trainee, BDP, employee and service user shall maintain discipline, honesty and respectful behavior.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Submission of false documents.
2. Misuse of Student ID or Login Credentials.
3. Unauthorized use of GCO name or logo.
4. Harassment, abusive language or misconduct.
5. Distribution of misleading information.
6. Any unlawful activity affecting GCO or its stakeholders.

Violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, suspension or termination.

(आचार संहिता)

प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी, सदस्य, प्रशिक्षु, BDP, कर्मचारी एवं सेवा उपयोगकर्ता अनुशासन, ईमानदारी एवं सम्मानजनक व्यवहार बनाए रखेगा।

निम्न कार्य पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित हैं—

1. गलत दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत करना।
2. Student ID या Login का दुरुपयोग।
3. GCO के नाम अथवा लोगो का अनधिकृत उपयोग।
4. अभद्र व्यवहार, धमकी या उत्पीड़न।
5. भ्रामक जानकारी फैलाना।
6. GCO अथवा संबंधित व्यक्तियों के हितों को प्रभावित करने वाली कोई भी अवैध गतिविधि।

नियमों के उल्लंघन पर अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही, निलंबन अथवा सदस्यता/सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है।

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, study content, software, website content, logos, graphics, documents, certificates, videos, digital resources and other intellectual property developed or published by GCO shall remain the exclusive property of GCO unless otherwise specified. No person shall copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use such material without prior written permission from GCO.

(बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार)

GCO द्वारा विकसित या प्रकाशित सभी पाठ्य सामग्री, अध्ययन सामग्री, सॉफ्टवेयर, वेबसाइट सामग्री, लोगो, ग्राफिक्स, दस्तावेज़, प्रमाणपत्र, वीडियो, डिजिटल संसाधन एवं अन्य बौद्धिक संपदा GCO की संपत्ति होगी, जब तक अन्यथा स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख न किया गया हो। GCO की पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना इनका प्रतिलिपि बनाना, संशोधित करना, प्रकाशित करना, वितरित करना अथवा व्यावसायिक उपयोग करना प्रतिबंधित है।

15. Privacy & Digital Communication

The collection, storage and processing of personal information shall be governed by the GCO Privacy Policy. GCO may communicate with students, members or users through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Student Portal, Website notifications or other official digital communication channels.

Users are responsible for keeping their registered mobile number and email address updated.

(गोपनीयता एवं डिजिटल संचार)

व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का संग्रहण, उपयोग एवं संरक्षण GCO Privacy Policy के अनुसार किया जाएगा।

GCO विद्यार्थियों, सदस्यों एवं उपयोगकर्ताओं से Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Student Portal, Website Notification अथवा अन्य आधिकारिक डिजिटल माध्यमों से संपर्क कर सकता है। उपयोगकर्ता अपने मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल को अद्यतन रखने के लिए स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे।

16. Modification of Services & Policies

GCO reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any course, service, scheme, policy, fee structure, eligibility criteria or operational process whenever required. Any revised policy published on the official GCO website or communicated through official channels shall become effective from the date specified therein. Continued use of GCO services after such updates shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

(सेवाओं एवं नीतियों में संशोधन)

GCO आवश्यकता अनुसार किसी भी कोर्स, सेवा, योजना, नीति, शुल्क संरचना, पात्रता मानदंड अथवा संचालन प्रक्रिया में संशोधन, परिवर्तन, स्थगन या समाप्ति करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। GCO की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट अथवा अन्य आधिकारिक माध्यम से प्रकाशित संशोधित नीति निर्धारित तिथि से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी। संशोधन के बाद GCO की सेवाओं का उपयोग जारी रखना संशोधित नियमों एवं शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।

17. Suspension & Termination

GCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any admission, membership, student account, BDP registration or access to any service if false information, misuse, misconduct, fraud, violation of GCO policies or any unlawful activity is found.

(सेवा निलंबन एवं समाप्ति)

यदि किसी विद्यार्थी, सदस्य, BDP अथवा अन्य उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा गलत जानकारी, दस्तावेज़, धोखाधड़ी, नियमों का उल्लंघन अथवा किसी प्रकार की अवैध गतिविधि पाई जाती है, तो GCO बिना पूर्व सूचना के उसकी सेवाएँ, प्रवेश, सदस्यता अथवा डिजिटल एक्सेस निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकता है।

18. Verification of Information

All information, documents and declarations submitted by users may be verified by GCO at any stage. If any submitted information is found incorrect or misleading, GCO may cancel admission, benefits or services.

(जानकारी का सत्यापन)

उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी, दस्तावेज़ एवं घोषणाओं का सत्यापन GCO किसी भी समय कर सकता है। यदि कोई जानकारी गलत या भ्रामक पाई जाती है, तो GCO संबंधित प्रवेश, लाभ या सेवाएँ निरस्त कर सकता है।

19. Digital Records

All digital records maintained by GCO including admission forms, payment records, attendance, online activities, certificates, emails and digital communications shall be treated as official records.

(डिजिटल अभिलेख)

GCO द्वारा सुरक्षित किए गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन, भुगतान विवरण, उपस्थिति, ईमेल, प्रमाणपत्र, डिजिटल संचार एवं अन्य रिकॉर्ड आधिकारिक अभिलेख माने जाएंगे।

20. Electronic Communication

Users agree that notices sent through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Student Portal or the official website shall be treated as valid communication.

(इलेक्ट्रॉनिक संचार)

उपयोगकर्ता सहमत हैं कि Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Student Portal अथवा GCO की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के माध्यम से भेजी गई सूचना वैध एवं आधिकारिक सूचना मानी जाएगी।

21. Third Party Services

GCO may use trusted third-party platforms for payment processing, communication, cloud storage, online learning or other operational purposes. GCO shall not be responsible for technical issues arising from third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.

(तृतीय पक्ष सेवाएँ)

GCO भुगतान, क्लाउड स्टोरेज, ऑनलाइन शिक्षा, संचार अथवा अन्य संचालन कार्यों के लिए विश्वसनीय तृतीय पक्ष सेवाओं का उपयोग कर सकता है। ऐसी सेवाओं में उत्पन्न तकनीकी समस्याओं के लिए, जो GCO के नियंत्रण से बाहर हों, GCO उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

22. Website Availability

GCO shall make reasonable efforts to keep its website and online services operational. However, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond control may occur.

(वेबसाइट उपलब्धता)

GCO अपनी वेबसाइट एवं ऑनलाइन सेवाओं को सुचारु रखने का प्रयास करेगा, किन्तु रखरखाव, तकनीकी कारणों अथवा अन्य अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियों के कारण सेवाएँ अस्थायी रूप से बाधित हो सकती हैं।

23. Limitation of Liability

GCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from interruption of services, internet failure, technical errors or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

(उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा)

इंटरनेट समस्या, तकनीकी त्रुटि, सेवा बाधा अथवा GCO के नियंत्रण से बाहर की परिस्थितियों से होने वाली अप्रत्यक्ष क्षति के लिए GCO उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

24. Force Majeure

GCO shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, power failures or other events beyond reasonable control.

(अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियाँ)

प्राकृतिक आपदा, महामारी, सरकारी आदेश, युद्ध, हड़ताल, बिजली बाधित होने अथवा अन्य अपरिहार्य परिस्थितियों में सेवा में विलंब या बाधा के लिए GCO उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

(लागू कानून)

ये नियम एवं शर्तें भारत के लागू कानूनों के अनुसार संचालित एवं व्याख्यायित होंगी।

26. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of GCO, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

(विवाद निवारण)

किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में पहले आपसी चर्चा के माध्यम से समाधान का प्रयास किया जाएगा। यदि विवाद का समाधान नहीं होता है, तो लागू कानून के अधीन GCO के पंजीकृत कार्यालय के अधिकार क्षेत्र वाले सक्षम न्यायालय में मामला प्रस्तुत किया जा सकेगा।

27. Policy Updates

GCO may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the official website shall supersede all previous versions.

(नीति में संशोधन)

GCO समय-समय पर इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में संशोधन कर सकता है। आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित नवीनतम संस्करण ही मान्य होगा।

29. Declaration

By accessing the GCO website, submitting any application, making payment, enrolling in any course, membership, scheme or program, or using any GCO service, you confirm that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable GCO policies.

GCO की वेबसाइट का उपयोग करने, आवेदन करने, भुगतान करने, किसी भी कोर्स, सदस्यता, योजना अथवा कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश लेने या GCO की किसी भी सेवा का उपयोग करने पर यह माना जाएगा कि आपने इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है, समझ लिया है तथा अपनी स्वेच्छा से स्वीकार किया है और GCO की सभी लागू नीतियों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
