Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy
GANGA COMPUTERISED ORGANIZATION (GCO)
(Applicable Across India)
1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules regarding admission fees, course fees, scheme fees, seat reservation, cancellations, refunds and other related payments for all educational and training programs offered by GCO.
(उद्देश्य)
यह Refund & Cancellation Policy GCO द्वारा संचालित सभी शैक्षिक, प्रशिक्षण एवं अन्य योजनाओं से संबंधित प्रवेश शुल्क, कोर्स शुल्क, योजना शुल्क, सीट आरक्षण, रद्दीकरण एवं धनवापसी के नियमों को स्पष्ट करती है।
2. Admission Fee
The Admission Fee is payable at the time of registration. Admission shall be processed only after successful payment verification.
(प्रवेश शुल्क)
प्रवेश शुल्क आवेदन के समय देय होगा। भुगतान सत्यापन के बाद ही प्रवेश प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी।
3. Seat Reservation
Where applicable, applicants may reserve their seat by paying the prescribed Admission Fee and/or Booking Amount. Seat reservation shall remain provisional until full payment is completed within the prescribed period.
(सीट आरक्षण)
जहाँ लागू हो, अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित प्रवेश शुल्क अथवा बुकिंग राशि जमा कर अपनी सीट अस्थायी रूप से सुरक्षित कर सकते हैं। निर्धारित समय में पूर्ण शुल्क जमा होने पर ही प्रवेश अंतिम माना जाएगा।
4. Completion of Payment
For eligible schemes, the remaining fee must be paid within 7 (Seven) days from the date of admission or seat booking, unless otherwise notified by GCO. Failure to complete the payment within the prescribed period may result in cancellation of admission and scheme benefits.
(पूर्ण भुगतान)
जहाँ लागू हो, प्रवेश या सीट बुकिंग की तिथि से 7 (सात) दिनों के भीतर शेष शुल्क जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, जब तक GCO द्वारा अन्यथा सूचित न किया जाए। निर्धारित समय में पूर्ण भुगतान न होने पर प्रवेश एवं योजना के लाभ निरस्त किए जा सकते हैं।
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Unless otherwise specifically approved by GCO in writing, the following amounts shall ordinarily be Non-Refundable:
- Admission Fee
- Registration Fee
- Processing Fee
- Verification Charges
- Administrative Charges
(गैर-वापसी योग्य शुल्क)
जब तक GCO द्वारा लिखित रूप से अन्यथा स्वीकृति न दी जाए, निम्न शुल्क सामान्यतः वापसी योग्य नहीं होंगे—
- प्रवेश शुल्क
- पंजीकरण शुल्क
- प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क
- सत्यापन शुल्क
- प्रशासनिक शुल्क
6. Refund Eligibility (धनवापसी की पात्रता)
Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed only in accordance with the applicable GCO Scheme Rules, Refund Policy and after verification of the request.
(धनवापसी की पात्रता)
यदि किसी स्थिति में धनवापसी लागू होती है, तो वह केवल GCO की संबंधित योजना, इस नीति तथा आवश्यक सत्यापन के अनुसार ही की जाएगी।
7. Cancellation by Applicant
If an applicant voluntarily cancels admission before completion of the admission process, refund eligibility shall be determined according to this Policy and the applicable scheme.
(आवेदक द्वारा रद्दीकरण)
यदि आवेदक स्वयं प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होने से पहले प्रवेश रद्द करता है, तो धनवापसी का निर्णय इस नीति एवं संबंधित योजना के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
8. Cancellation by GCO
GCO reserves the right to cancel admission or discontinue benefits if false information, forged documents, non-payment, misconduct or violation of GCO rules is detected.
In such cases, refund eligibility shall be determined according to this Policy.
(GCO द्वारा रद्दीकरण)
यदि गलत जानकारी, फर्जी दस्तावेज़, शुल्क का भुगतान न करना, अनुशासनहीनता या GCO के नियमों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो GCO प्रवेश या योजना लाभ रद्द कर सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में धनवापसी का निर्णय इसी नीति के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
9. Scholarship & Scheme Benefits
Scholarship, Free Computer, BDP Incentives and other scheme benefits shall be governed by their respective Scheme Rules.
Cancellation of admission may automatically terminate eligibility for such benefits.
(छात्रवृत्ति एवं योजना लाभ)
छात्रवृत्ति, निःशुल्क कंप्यूटर, BDP प्रोत्साहन एवं अन्य योजनागत लाभ संबंधित योजना के नियमों के अनुसार ही दिए जाएंगे।
प्रवेश निरस्त होने पर ऐसे लाभों की पात्रता स्वतः समाप्त हो सकती है।
10. Mode of Refund
Where a refund is approved by GCO, the amount shall ordinarily be transferred through the original payment method or any other approved banking method.
(धनवापसी का माध्यम)
यदि GCO द्वारा धनवापसी स्वीकृत की जाती है, तो राशि सामान्यतः उसी भुगतान माध्यम या अन्य स्वीकृत बैंकिंग माध्यम से वापस की जाएगी।
11. Final Decision
The decision of GCO regarding eligibility, verification, refund amount and interpretation of this Refund Policy shall be final, subject to applicable law.
(अंतिम निर्णय)
धनवापसी की पात्रता, सत्यापन, धनवापसी की राशि तथा इस नीति की व्याख्या के संबंध में GCO का निर्णय, लागू कानून के अधीन, अंतिम माना जाएगा।
