Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy

Ganga Computerised Organization (GCO)

This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy applies to all students, trainees, partners, and participants enrolled with Ganga Computerised Organization (GCO) through online or offline modes. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and to prevent any dispute related to payments, admissions, or services.

1. Admission & Student ID

A unique Student ID is generated after successful registration.

Once created, the name and core details linked to the Student ID cannot be changed.

Students must verify all personal details before final submission.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login ID and password.

GCO shall not be responsible for any misuse arising from sharing login credentials.

All activities performed through the registered account shall be treated as authorized by the student.

3. Admission Confirmation & Cancellation

Admission is confirmed only after successful payment and system registration.

Once admission is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, or reversed.

Requests for cancellation after confirmation shall not be accepted under any condition.

4. Fees & Refund Policy (Very Important)

All fees paid to GCO are strictly nonrefundable.

No refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Nonattendance of classes

Personal or financial reasons

Discontinuation of the course

Technical issues from the student’s side

Fees once paid are considered final and are utilized towards administrative, training, and operational expenses.

5. Course Access & Certification

Course access is provided as per the selected program and mode (online/offline).

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of course requirements and assessments.

GCO does not guarantee employment, income, or examination success.

6. Program Modifications

GCO reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, trainers, or delivery methods when required.

Such modifications shall not be treated as grounds for refund or dispute.

7. Payment Disputes & Legal Jurisdiction

By enrolling, students agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or thirdparty disputes.

Any dispute, if arises, shall be resolved as per this policy only.

Jurisdiction shall be limited to Palwal, Haryana, India only.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By completing enrollment and making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy.
